Track appointments, medications, costs, and your own path through treatment — IUI, IVF, donor, surrogacy, preservation, or loss — in one private place that adapts to your actual path, not a generic one.
Instant download · No subscription · No account · Works on Mac, Windows, tablets & phones

A fertility journey doesn't move in a straight line, and it doesn't move the same way for everyone. IUI and IVF ask different things of you than donor or surrogacy paths do, and none of them ask what a generic tracker assumes. This adapts to the path you're actually on — and lets you change it, because paths change.
Toggle IUI, IVF, donor, surrogacy, preservation, loss, or male-factor on or off anytime — nothing is locked in, and turning a path off never deletes what you've already entered under it.

This is a single file that opens in any browser and works entirely offline. No account. No cloud. No subscription. Nothing you type is ever sent anywhere. It never asks for an insurance ID number, a medical record number, or a password — only what you choose to write down, and only you decide what that is.
Consumer fertility apps sit outside HIPAA, and the record is not theoretical. In 2021 the FTC finalized an order against Flo Health over disclosing health data to marketing and analytics firms including the analytics divisions of Facebook and Google. In 2023 Easy Healthcare, which operates Premom, paid a $100,000 penalty for violating the Health Breach Notification Rule. Both companies had privacy policies. This app has no ability to send anything anywhere, which is a different kind of assurance than a policy.
The app is a single file that runs entirely in your browser, on your device. It makes no connections and loads nothing from the internet. You can run it with Wi-Fi off. It also means the file itself isn't encrypted or password-protected — anyone who can use this device and this browser can open it. For this subject in particular, use it on a device that is yours alone.
By design, it never asks for or stores passwords or PINs. It records that accounts exist and where your written instructions live — the map, never the keys.
One-time purchase. The file is yours, works offline for life, and will still open years from now, exactly as it does today.
This is the actual app, loaded with a fictional sample plan so you can see it working. Click around. Check off a task. Nothing here is a mockup.
The demo resets when you leave the page. The full version saves your work automatically and includes backup & restore.
The one private place for a fertility journey — whichever path it takes, and however it changes — that never predicts an outcome, never recommends a protocol, and never assumes what you're hoping for.

Fertility apps have been penalized for sharing what users typed into them. Here is what is worth recording during treatment, and how to keep those records somewhere that cannot share them.
A cycle is not one price. It is a stack of separately billed components, plus medications on a different benefit — and whether your state mandates coverage may not matter at all.
The first consultation is short and dense, and most of it is history. What you bring — and what you requested weeks earlier — decides how much of that hour is actually useful.
Leave your email and we'll tell you when the next organizer exists. Nothing else — your data stays on your device either way.
No. You pay 39 once and the app is yours forever. There is no account, no renewal, and nothing that expires.
No. You download a small file, double-click it, and it opens in the browser you already use — on Mac, Windows, tablets, and phones.
Yes, structurally. The app makes zero network requests — you can verify this with Wi-Fi turned off. Your entries live only on your device, and your backup is a file you control.
