Quietkeep
Home Inventory & Insurance Claim Organizer

Your home, inventoried — before you ever need to prove it.

Your inventory totals itself line by line — thirty-eight t-shirts is one row, and the maths is done for you — while your policy, claim, payments, deadlines and displaced-living costs stay in one place and one click prints the packet you hand your adjuster. Your photos and video stay on your own phone; this is the searchable, totalled, printable half a video can't be. Private and fully offline.

The work, already organized

Walk into a claim call with the inventory already built, the policy already logged, the deadlines already written down and the numbers already adding up — not a shoebox of receipts and a guess at what the guest room held.

49 guided tasks

7 phases, opening with a First 72 Hours phase you skip if nothing has happened

Home inventory

Quantity x cost-each, totalled live — a drawer of socks is one row

Rooms & progress

Every room's status tracked, so you can stop and come back

Policy & scheduled items

Each coverage line, your deductible, and every rider or special limit

Claim, payments & deadlines

Each payment tagged to its coverage — never a recommended settlement

Claim Packet

One click prints everything, with item numbers to name your photos against

Home Inventory register
The maths, done for you. Thirty-eight t-shirts is one row — quantity times cost-each, totalled live.
Claim and payment record
Track it to close. Every status change and every payment, tagged to its coverage.
Printable Claim Packet
One click for your adjuster. Inventory, rooms, policy, claim, dates, contacts and expenses on one page.

Private by design, not by promise

Nothing you type is ever sent anywhere — it's saved only in this browser, on this device. Your photos never pass through this app at all: they stay wherever you keep them, linked only by the item number you write down yourself, which is also how you name the files when you send them on. Keep a copy of your photos, your walkthrough video and this app's backup file somewhere that isn't this house — a phone in the building is not a second copy. And because nothing here is encrypted or password-protected, anyone who can use this device and browser can open it, so keep it somewhere only you can reach.

Zero network requests

The app is a single file that runs entirely in your browser, on your device. It makes no connections and loads nothing from the internet. You can run it with Wi-Fi off.

Never a password

By design, it never asks for or stores passwords or PINs. It records that accounts exist and where your written instructions live — the map, never the keys.

Yours forever

One-time purchase. The file is yours, works offline for life, and will still open years from now, exactly as it does today.

Don't take our word for it — try it

This is the actual app, loaded with a fictional sample plan so you can see it working. Click around. Check off a task. Nothing here is a mockup.

Live demo — a fictional sample plan

The demo resets when you leave the page. The full version saves your work automatically and includes backup & restore.

Organizing more than your home?

Tenth Quietkeep organizer and a genuinely new buyer moment — insurance and preparedness search intent, not the estate/divorce family. Weak organic cross-sell into the rest of the catalogue; this SKU likely needs its own acquisition channel (insurance and homeowner search terms) rather than riding cross-sell from existing buyers.

Questions, answered plainly

Is this a subscription?+

No. You pay 34.99 once and the app is yours forever. There is no account, no renewal, and nothing that expires.

Do I need to install anything?+

No. You download a small file, double-click it, and it opens in the browser you already use — on Mac, Windows, tablets, and phones.

Is my information really private?+

Yes, structurally. The app makes zero network requests — you can verify this with Wi-Fi turned off. Your entries live only on your device, and your backup is a file you control.

What if it doesn't work for me?+

Email hello@quietkeep.co and we'll make it right. We answer every message.
